Information Retention
If you have used our services, but no longer do, we will retain your information for 12 months, for the purpose of billing query or any other reasonable query that may arise.

We are required for tax purposes to keep certain contact information, this information is stored for 6 years before being destroyed.

If we have not had reason to contact you, or you have not contacted us during this period you may be contacted by us to see if you wish to remain on our systems, if you decline or do not respond within 21 days your information will be deleted from our systems. If we do not contact you your information will be deleted from our systems.
